Because each kencko box is made to order and contains food products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or personal expectations.
However, if your order arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe or unsuitable for consumption, please contact us within 28 days of delivery and we’ll make sure it’s resolved as smoothly as possible.
We may offer a replacement or refund if your kencko product is:
- Damaged in transit (e.g. crushed, torn, or compromised packaging)
- Opened or unsealed upon arrival
- Expired or past its best-before date at the time of delivery
- Contaminated or shows signs of spoilage
- Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
- Missing items from your order
To process your request, we may ask for photos or other supporting information.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are safe to consume but were not to your taste or preference.
